About Us
Mission: Women Partnering, serving El Paso County, walks alongside finanically vulnerable women and children through authentic mentoring relationships, equipping them with the tools, resources and hope to overcome barriers achieve lasting finanical stability and flourish.
Vision: To help women facing vulnerability move from surving to thriving.
Our Aim: We provide support, mentorship, and access to resources to empower women to overcome barriers, achieve greater independence , and create a brighter future for themselves and their families.

Jennifer Trujillo Taylor
Jennifer Trujillo Taylor is the Executive Director of Women Partnering and has served in this role since 2021. She is proud of providing women with the tools to reach economic sustainability. Jennifer graduated from Occidental College with a Political Science Degree. She has worked in the non-profit sector for over 30 years working with vulnerable and diverse populations such as inmates transitioning from prison, people struggling with addictions, and victims of abuse. It has been rewarding for Jennifer to be a part of assisting others achieve their goals, heal, and become successful in their pursuits. Jennifer is married and has 3 children. She loves board games, reading, biking, and "glamping"..
