Central Colorado Springs Fit Body Boot Camp provides dynamic, high energy group personal training sessions, designed to burn maximum fat and tone the entire body in only 30 minutes! Our specialized Afterburn workouts use a combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and active rest to get the body to burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts that are twice as long. All sessions are led by a certified personal trainer that is experienced in providing appropriate modifications and who will ensure that proper form is being used while performing each exercise. Every workout session is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging! Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level. All fitness levels are welcome!

Take I-25 to the Fillmore exit (145) and proceed east. We are the first parking lot on the left hand side behind the Kangaroo Coffee. There is parking in the front and the back of the building.
