Bodywork by Design is a locally female-owned home studio offering professional, customized, therapeutic massage for all. Gabriela Silva has been a licensed massage therapist since 2009, and having worked in both spa and clinical settings combines elements of relaxation and therapeutic massage in each bodywork session.

A thorough intake allows Gabriela to gather information regarding your baseline, goals and comfort level, which she then uses to navigate your unique session. As a licensed massage therapist and certified traditional therapeutic Thai massage practitioner, certified personal trainer, and registered yoga teacher, Gabriela approaches the body holistically and with reverence.

Her goal is to listen and help you heal yourself to feel yourself so you can live a fuller life.
