DESCRIPTION:To learn more about what SCWCC is going to do for you during this time\, please join us live on Thursday\, October 8th\, at 4:00 PM MDT for an interactive town hall with SCWCC.\nOur Speakers:\n\nKristi Pollard\n\nKristi Pollard will speak on Proposition 118 that is on the ballot. She will discuss both the pros and cons of the issue. Kristi is a Principal at Catalyst Public Affairs out of Denver\, and specializes in strategic communications\, public outreach\, stakeholder engagement\, policy\, and political consulting. Prior to that she served as the President and CEO of the Jefferson County Economic Development Corporation.\n\n\n\nMatt Gray\n\nMatt Gray is the state representative for Colorado House District 33\, which roughly covers Broomfield and some of the Boulder area. He is former Deputy District Attorney for Broomfield and Adams County\, currently focuses his legislative interests in public finance laws. Matt will present solely in support of Amendment B on the ballot.\n\n\n\nThe SCWCC's official position on Amendment B is to support it. We will have materials available to all participants of the Zoom call directing them to resources both in support and opposition of Amendment B.
